Background: A first episode of psychosis is the primary point in time a person experiences psychotic period. it frequently very confusing. frightening and distressing, particularly for reason that an unusual experience. unluckily, there are moreover many negative misconceptions stereotypes linked with can additional to one’s distress. Aim study Investigate association between some inflammatory biomarkers (FEP) find out correlation different socio demographic profile
 Methods: case-control was involve patients healthy control. peripheral Blood samples collected from 44 cases they were attending AL-Hakeem General hospital, Psychiatric Department, period January, 2019 may, 2019. included females males, age 18-70 years. Control: controls who had no history or clinical evidence fist any other disease.
 Results: revealed increase level Interlaken β1, decrease PGJ-2 among FEP (1591.8±108.6, 3.82±0.36) respectively comparison control mean (554.8±54.8, 9.94±0.67).
